Sypnosis ~
young ninja named Saizo Kirigakure is trying to find meaning and direction in his life when he encounters Isanami, who is fleeing from assassins. He manages to save her life, and she then asks him to act as her bodyguard until she reaches her destination. When they arrive in the protected territory of Sanada, Saizo falls into a meeting with Sasuke Sarutobi, leader of the famed ninja group. Sanada has gathered these bold and talented ninjas together in order to bring an end to Japan's era of war. Meanwhile, Isanami's mysterious hidden power comes to light.
This is a story about the feudal Japan history, its a ninja based Anime. Of course not all ninja Animes are the same but this one is probably one of the memorable ones I really adore. If no one has read the Manga I suggest you do as it shows of the story a bit more in depth and better to my knowledge. Although it followed the Anime pretty well, there was some cut scenes that could have been placed in the Anime when it should have.
So here I go, this story was just the typical Japanese history. Brave 10 consisted of 10 warriors of the different powers. You know like earth, wind or fire and air etc. But there was 10 and 10 different people I can't express how much the word 10 is used in the Anime and Manga. Its like we dont get it that there is 10 you know. Disregard my rant, what I wanted to write about was the plot line it was good infact I was surprised how good it was I really loved it, in fact the only problem I had was that there wasn't enough I wish there was more to continue with.
The characters are all unique, funny and really well done. The Manga shows Saizo in a complete different light to the Anime though which I found annoying but it was ok in the end. It followed through but we get to see the tough Saizo become a softie throughout the Manga but there was a reason and it wasn't expressed enough in the Anime. I realised that the action's lasted less in the Anime than the Manga so if I were you I would prefer to go the Manga for it. There was a huge twist in the plotline at the end though so it good, although the stuff was predictable in some way it was nice to see a twist.
What I can't express enough is the background music for Brave10, it was amazing! I really enjoyed the sounds when they fought, the expressions they made you know the whole ordeal. It was wonderful and it was pretty upbeat for an ninja Anime. I loved the artwork I thought if anything I would love to have lines and colourings like this Anime.
Overall its a perfect Anime to watch for combat orientated, it's a good storyline I really loved the characters and the art was great. If you feel doubt wanting to watch this dont be, but try read the Manga first mind you the Manga was a bit bold and nudity was a plus point in the Manga. Along with big boobs and a sexy bad ass female ninja, there was a sexual undertone for some as well. But it was worth the read and watch. So give it a go and tell me how it went.
Gonna leave you with some songs ~

Synopsis -
Shinkurō Kurenai is already both a master of an arcane martial art and an experienced professional mediator with a long track record of resolving disputes. Sixteen-year-old Shinkurō Kurenai, a specialist in settling squabbles between people, is one day approached by his employer with the daughter of a powerful plutocratic family asking him to be her bodyguard.
So hello there, I know I haven't been updating my blog lately but no worries I have lots to say! So starting off I will review this wonderful Spring 08 anime that I think people should consider. I did a lot of throwbacks a couple of months ago I watched and read alot so I hope these reviews just give you a jist of what I loved about it.
Kure-nai, is probably the endearing Anime you could watch. As a Manga its a bit more in depth and darker with a lot of action involved. I really enjoyed the Manga to the point where I was disappointed it finished but the Anime itself is a beautiful series that didnt follow the Manga alot but made it a bit more unique.
The animation of Kure-nai, grips you because it's so vivid and fresh with the style. It's cute because all the characters are lovely and colourful. It covers up the lack of character development the Anime lacked but it's not so bad if you've read the Manga it explains alot and you find out the more inner stories so don't let it bug you too much if the Anime didnt rock your boat.
The story is really good, its a slice of life anime style which kind of leads a young girl into finding out the real world. At first I thought it would be dark and depressing which isn't so bad because most Animes are too colorful. This is just a right format for me they didnt dwell on the darkness too much but added it in with a hint of action here and there. The relationship between the characters and interactions between Murasaki and Shinkorou helps make the story come closer in some sense. However the Manga is a bit more thorough with the characters and there is a lot more back story towards it as well. There is a lot of drama but it's a good turn which makes the show more thrilling, it's a love or hate Anime. The music was very upbeat in some sense, it was really sweet as well.
Its a show that not everyone will like I presume, but it's one of those feel good Anime that make you want to try it out. It's nothing spectacular but it hold a little heart into the show. It's not a long series so you might be done within a day or so but it's a good way to look into a new set of shows with a varied genre. To be fair if you read the Manga first then watch the show you will not be disappointed, the Manga was a bit more better than the Anime and held on to the amazing development of the characters. The Manga was a bit more true to making the series be a good one but failed when they developed the Anime but it's not a big fail its a good fail as in, the Anime itself was not bounded by the Manga too much to make it a bit more memorable for me.
So give it a go test it out and write about how it went.
I will leave you guys with some songs ~
