Seven minutes in heaven - Movie
Seven minutes in heaven is a crazy movie!
I liked it, I wouldn't say I didnt but I did enjoy some parts. Others were a bit boring but I wont doubt that it wasn't a good film it was. Refreshing I must really, I liked Jennifer in this movie I thought she did well! I mean I havent seen much of her movies like I usually do but I really did like her here.
The plot is Natalie (Jennifer Connelly) allows her classmate Jeff (Byron Thames), who ran away from home after a fight with his stepfather (Marshall Bell), to stay at her place while her father (Michael Zaslow) is away on a business trip. Natalie soon starts dating Jeff's friend James Casey (Alan Boyce), who isn't as faithful as she thinks, while her best friend Polly (Maddie Corman) falls in love with baseball player Zoo Knudsen (Billy Wirth).
It was a softer version of pretty in pink its a really cute movie though. I thought it could have been a bit better but for movies back then I thought it was good enough. It was pretty quick and honest. There is no sex in it, but sex is thought of, including the idea that it may matter what others think about it. The kids do not always get along with their parents, but neither the parents or the kids are seen as always right or wrong, and the parents are not seen as monsters. so all I could say was it's not bad, the family could watch together or in my case I watch alone. As no one wants to watch anything with me :(
