Abduction - 2011
Nathan Harper (Taylor Lautner) is an 18-year old who lives with his "parents", Kevin (Jason Isaacs) and Mara (Maria Bello). He has been having recurring nightmares throughout most of his youth, and was recommended by his school counselor to consult psychiatrist Dr. Geraldine "Geri" Bennett (Sigourney Weaver), to discover why.
As much as I like Taylor, this movie wasnt all that to me. I really didnt like it. I thought with action and all sorts it would be good. Nope it didnt really hit me at all, I didnt quite like the complex situation to it. yes he got kidnapped and he wants to know why. It didnt seem thriller-ish the acting was quite lame. I was really disappointed.
of course with other peoples views would be different, but for me its still hard to adjust to this movie. I wasnt fond of the battles I wasn't fond of Taylors charcter or so. Or the girl he ran away with. Honestly it seemed like it was always shot in the dark for me, no idea why. But it didnt get me to like it anymore.
I hoped it would have had more of a impact on me, because of course Sigourney was in this movie and all. but it still never made me get into it. kinda sucked I paid to watch this how boring! LOL
I'm sure others will disagree or love no idea. but for me it wasn't worth a watch!
