MY FIRST 2014 post!! So sorry it's been so late i am trying to push myself into writing more I got so much to write about and put my thoughts on but as sad as it it. This is my first post of 2014, I dont know whether to be sad or happy because its about one of the best Anime and Manga of my decade. No joke, so mind yourself there might be a slight (spoiler) here and there.

So where do I begin, I finally completed the manga after decades of waiting!! It's like a part of my life ended its quite sad. It felt like a long journey that just ended like that, this is one of the reasons why I avoid Manga's that get completed because I end up being depressed and try look for another which is as bad ass as the ones i read before.

This story from Full metal panic, to Full metal panic sigma has become a real gold mine for me. Its a story that burst with so much action and amazing storyline put together. I however did feel that the ending there was something missing but I'm not complaining. To me I waited for so long to get this manga completed although I did read the novels but it was nice to read the manga too you know. There is many side adaptions to this duo but I only read the main ones because they were translated.

The art was amazing, I loved the plotline to sigma as it continued off from the original manga. Sigma was devastating to see so much pain with the forces, and the crazy war they battled it was just epic. I thought it concluded a bit dull but it was nice to know where everyone stood. There was so many twists here and there which kept it alive, the mecha's itself was drawn beautifully and the battles were on point. For me it's probably a refreshing change to read something like this. It was deep, emotional, interesting and so damn cute with the relationship between Kaname and Sousuke.

Did I mention that Sousuke is still a babe?! The art work was immense I'm such a big fan of it, I think my influence came from this alot when I think about it. I watched the anime back in 2002, I am now (22 and half) I am still a big fan of the show, I am a huger fan of the Manga as I followed it for so long. It was just so great to see where it lead of from the original, I think it was a blast to see it progress to a stage where we now understood why "Whispered" was needed with the black technology and finally we realise who "The whisperer" is in Sigma. Its a major bonus, we follow along Sousuke and his travel while trying to save Kaname! Although to be fair there wasn't any need because it all fell into place at some point without knowing. Honestly there was such an awesome character development in this series that it blew my mind away from what it was originally. (It was his words that saved her it was quite amusing I thought it would be something more amazing)http://mangafox.me/manga/full_metal_panic_sigma/v19/c085/18.html

Well here was a small review on the show and Manga. To me the Manga was the epitome of nostalgia for me. It was a great animated series and it was probably memorable due to the interesting plot line and characters. I remember me and my brother talking about this show and expressed how cool it was, you know back in the days when no Anime had been hyped up to make you hate it. We enjoyed watching this together it had the humour to it as well and action was a plus point for me and my brother. We give this a total thumbs up!

It's something you shouldn't disregard, give it a chance see what you like about it and what you dont. For me old school shows like this had more depth although im not saying the new ones dont. I can't express how much I wanted Sigma to progress to the Anime, I was slightly disappointed with Second raid but I didnt worry because you can always rely on a Manga. The ending to the whole damn Manga brought me to tears, I felt butterflies in my stomach because I finally go to see them together and kiss! (spoiler) I warned you!

overall :
My nostalgic Anime and Manga I revisited, I will never forget it, it's one of those shows and stories I can read over and over and see it as well. So for those who are new or those who disregarded it get your ass back to the show dammit! and watch the damn antics and plots they get up to. Its a breath of fresh air and the music itself brings me back to the days of my middle school (man I'm totally going old on myself *sigh*) honestly, you will not be disappointed, a classic mecha Anime that should be remembered if anything.

I am waiting to read the other extras of the Manga, and totally waiting for the new series to be finished as well and translated so then I can see more development with the Mangka! He never fails me and I don't think he ever will but ending this beautiful show had made me realise that I am indeed getting older and I'm only writing this up because I can look back on things and say to myself, yes these were the shows that should have been reconised and loved by all.

So here I am, and this is it for the first post of 2014 until next time ~ so I will leave some songs for you guys to jam to.

Enjoy! ~

Haruyuki "Haru" Arita is a short, fat boy who is constantly bullied at the Umesato Junior High School which results in him having exceptionally low self-esteem. To escape the torment of real life, he logs onto the school's Local Network where he plays squash by himself and always gets the highest scores. One day, he checks the squash rankings to find his high score beaten by Kuroyukihime, the popular and attractive female Student Council Vice-President, who invites him to lunch the next day after she saved him from some bullies. Here Kuroyukihime introduces Haruyuki to Brain Burst, a secret program that is able to accelerate the human cognitive process to the point at which time appears to stop.

Ok, so here I am with another 2012 list of Anime, and I am glad to write about this. As my first impression of Accel World was of the character itself! Can you believe it? I mean for once it wasnt the typical good looking guy and so forth, it was a meek and timid guy called Haru who got my attention in this. To think his own appearance is what attracted me the most, and the Animation itself was one to look forward to.

The Anime itself was a fast paced and very informative show, that I really enjoyed. To be exact it's one of the fews that had me gripped, it was a fair battled amongst everyone and that as a battle it was determined who will win and not. The back story of all the characters were fresh and seen perfectly in tune with the series there was no plot holes. Everything was literally there in a silver platter, and i was really enjoying it. The music was amazing to the point where I cried with happiness. It was well tuned with the whole emotive presence of the characters themselves.

Of course with bullying comes the basis for Accel World which is overcoming painful experiences, making Haruyuki the perfect candidate for the protagonist of the series being labeled the school's biggest loser. The entire show is centered around a game program called Brain Burst, which is built on both the strengths and weaknesses of the human mind. Thus when introduced to the program by the lovely Kuroyukihime, our protagonist is given a means of coping with his lackluster life. Like many who are not terribly successful in the real world, Haruyuki clearly excels in the fantasy worlds, and it was Kuroyukihime's recognition of this fact that led her to him in the first place.

This show is the basis of Haru, overcoming his self pitiable appearance and actually having goals. He has in mind to overcome difficulties with the help of friends of  course Kuroyukihime too. Who also becomes the biggest pillar of his support and affection. It seems the second part of the show shows that his ability and confidence takes on a 180 degrees turn and you can tell that he has become stronger. It's a place where he knows he can be himself and overcome anything.

overall, people might not like this but I am sure alot I know have truly enjoyed it. It's a show where the character design was impeccable and the music too. It's something I will probably watch again when I feel like it. Its fast paced and has the emotions with it engraved. I really enjoyed this show and its a show that people should watch. Give it a go you never know what you might love about it. Of course my minor problem was of Chiyuri and Taku, I didnt really like them they seemed to hold Haru back so much and he realized it. But the other two failed at that, they felt pity instead of giving him confidence and of course until later where Chiyuri became a bit more annoying. But you know minus all that I thought Haru learnt a lot of friendship, abilities and confidence grown all around all because of one pretty lady. Gotta love that butterfly loving chick, she herself is infatuated with Haru an thats a bigger bonus to the show, meaning appearance didnt meant jack all in this show for me.

I shall leave you with some songs ~
