Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate - Sprite

A review on Koi to Senkyo to chocolate, "Love, Election and Chocolate". This is a adult visual novel, or eroge game as I like to say it. It focuses on Yuki Ojima and his food research club and there are other plots mixed into it as well.

So here is a quick review on this Anime not to serious its a personal review so no bashing me if I say something you didnt like! DEAL?

So here I go, this Anime focuses on a number of plotlines the main one being a tragic past of a student and election which ends up hurting someone. It's all over the place, I was really interested to know what I was watching because the first episode had gripped me in straight away! I had thought it would of been a suspense kind I failed to realise that it was a eroge novel adapted into a Anime.

It wasn't so bad, I really did like it. I loved the animation it was obvious the people really loved big breasts! and the Harem was of any simple ones from others. The mix of dramas in the story makes up for the story in some ways and also their was too many characters to focus on just one, what you expect in something like this. So i wont do a character based review as it was hard to focus on all of them I will do Yuki and one girl though.

I had expected more from the first episode but failed to deliver to me, the 12th episode had not aired yet so I am waiting to complete it. So the one's I've watched up until now have been thoroughly seen, I did read the manga and it really does focus on the breast alot. So it wasn't too much of my cup of tea. The chocolate comes from the two childhood buddies sharing the chocolate so it makes a bit of difference.And the reason why Chisato gave up was because of yuuki.

Oojima Yuuki - Is pretty boring if i say so, he wasn't amusing or anything to me. He failed to appeal to me if only he was a bit more energetic or something or seemed like he enjoyed being in the show. Because it failed to show a bit more of his characteristics he likes chisato you could tell.

Chisato - is a bit too dishonest with her feelings but it's obvious she likes her childhood buddy and all and would do anything to help anyone really. The typical shoujo for a harem like this. So it wasn't anything new or so I really did like her though hehe. It's weird she hated chocolate but worked as a food researcher for chocolate? she is the tragic girl with a tragic past! It's quite cliched

AND! I shall remind you that the Yaoi jokes were hilarious to me I loved them! They made it worth the watch for the couple of episodes next. I really did like it :D But there wasn't enough combining the show together as the plotline was everywhere. The colours and amazing texture of the Anime was appealing to me and I think they used ALOT of voice actresses as they are filled with girls! also the teacher is quite hilarious with her beer antics, having one in the morning. I really love the food research club though I liked the idea behind it if only it developed more as in I can see that they were a chocolate group. It all seemed conflicted to me for some reason I didnt quite get into it! which is sad to me.
Plus it had the political battle with the school and stuff so I was confused between the food and conflict of the election.

Overall :
It was nice and everything but lacked the connection it should have. To me that is but not sure with everyone else of course it was based on a eroge novel and game I wasn't too keen I did have a feeling it wouldn't be my kind of tea but I just watched it because I liked the song and so forth. I liked the character Morishita-san she was cute!! I loved her harmonica too! hehe!

likes : I love the yaoi sticks and Oboro I thought his sexual harassment was hilarious! The songs for the background were amazing as in the violin for the sad parts which were soothing!
dislikes : lack of connection and also too many characters made a flaw as I couldn't focus on one!

I shall now leave you with some songs so enjoy!
