PostHeaderIcon Akazukin Chacha - Min Ayahana

Akazukin Chacha is the story of a young magical girl named Chacha. She lives in a cottage on Mochi-mochi Mountain with Seravy, her guardian and teacher, who is the fictional world's greatest magician. Chacha is clumsy in casting her spells, frequently mistaking homonyms, she summons spiders (kumo (蜘蛛?) in Japanese) instead of a cloud (also kumo (?)). When she and her friends are in trouble, however, her spells do work. Living on the same mountain is a boy named Riiya, gifted with enormous strength, who comes from a family of werewolves. Far away from Mochi-mochi Mountain is Urizuri Mountain where Dorothy, a well known magician, lives in a castle with her student Shiine. Shiine is a young wizard, who is adept at casting spells and barriers, as well as transformations.
The storylines of the manga and the anime adaptation are markedly different: while the anime uses most of the same characters, the story of the first two seasons were invented for the television show. Most of the stories in the third season are based on the manga.

I found this show hilarious! even though it was a really old anime way before i was born! this was amazing! It made me laugh and love them even more! :D its such a sweet show, with so much funny antics going back and forth! at first you will be clueless with what's going on but you will get used it slowly! HAHA! it's just too cute to give up I found the plot soo inviting!
Chacha herself is like red riding hood, except there's no grandmothers involved or cutting people open! It's a fantasy anime where she tries to learn being a witch! she also has a wolf friend who loves her and another magician apprentice who also likes her, chacha is so oblivious to those who like her but she is one funny girl! her spells seem to go all over the place at bad moments just to hilarious! I love it! Her special ability is to change into someone else to defeat the badies!
Her main comrades are shiine and riiya, one is a magician the other a wolf! they both like chacha and they also have hilarious moments themselves. People wouldn't realise it but at some parts there are some adult jokes in the show! so keep a lookout if you havent watched it hehe! it's quite fun dissecting something you just watched. I never intended to watch this show I remember always thinking should I or not? and when I finally was able to download and watch it I thought WOW this was funny, simple jokes and cuteness overload. SO why had I not watched it when I should have? well lets be honest old school animes with style like that was a bit tad weird for me, I was young and stupid all I knew back then was dragonball z which I shouldnt have considered the only anime in the world HAHA! but now thank the lord i am not picky ever again and I chose to watch this :D I was so not disappointed!
All the characters are awesome and loveable even the bad ones! they are so cute and drawn nicely. I love old school animes they bring back so much memories check out my next post on some old ones! :D I'll make a list when I can of those! especially those to watch out for and this is one of them! so get to it people before its all gone! :D make sure to watch this when you can! :D
I shall leave you hearing the opening which btw the is super cute! and very old school and I love it! did I just repeat that? i must be really weird right now! haha but here it is! :D

So here it is! :D for some reason the short one was sung by Shoko Sawada and on DVD but the full version was sung by SMAP! but regardless awesome song! :D
