PostHeaderIcon So who killed Rosie Larsan.....?

So...It's Monday 11th July 2011, and I'm sitting on my PC thinking what to see? and then it hit me, this show...The killing? at first i had my doubts you know thinking it might be a rip off or something. but! however it gripped me in the first few seconds in and all I can say is i was super glad I didn't stop watching this.

Intense, gripping, a total twist, with a hint of emotions thrown in, and what do you get? The killing!

The story follows the police investigation of the murder of a young girl, tying together three interlocking stories as investigators chase a variety of leads.
(summary from IMDB)

We see our main character Sarah played by (Mireille Enos) who is seen as a experienced homicide detective, who got place with a inexperienced one Holder played by (Joel kinnaman) and all I can say is the contrast between these two and the way they connected just reminded me a bit of Mulder and Sculley. haha

They were perfect, they delivered the show amazingly! there acting was on spot and the emotions that overflowed was even better. it was just perfect, I know what your thinking how can we watch something so similar to many different other shows that had similar plots, don't forget all shows always consists of a twist and a very interesting character whom you will love.

Kind of like the cult show (twin peaks) known to be about a murder investigation on Laura Palmer and we all loved Kyle Maclachlan, no I am not comparing the shows I love both, I gave The killing a go and I watched all the episodes with a cup of Mocha in my hand. it was superb! and did justice to the show which was amazing because even if there was no storyline there was the music, directing and also the acting to think about. the minor roles in the show wasn't annoying and made it tolerable to even watch and not turn the PC off.

I just hope they continue it in the second season!! I so want them to find out who killed Rosie! it seemed so intense and the final ending of it just made me wide eyed! and left me hanging for more! It was great!

So if you have nothing to watch, and are a deep fan of homicide operations like a certain me! do watch this show! its amazing and I loved everything about it the characters are lovable too :) so don't turn of the TV if its on and give the show a go... it will be worth it! :)

Dopey! X
